Between the centuries-old trees and buildings, in the historic courtyard of the Coulonhuis, we would like to celebrate the 85th anniversary year of the Fryske Akademy with you. On Friday 13 September you are most welcome all day to eat, toast and talk with us, but also to listen to interesting speakers and get to know our scientific work.

Programme

n the morning, among other things, the appointment of members, the Poet of Friesland Arjan Hut, panel discussions, the King's Commissioner Mr. Brok, the presentation of the new house style and lunch.
In the afternoon, among other things, the presentation of the thesis prize, panel discussions, mayor Buma of Leeuwarden, a small pub quiz, and a snack and drink with music by Hot & Toasty.  Afûk is present with a book table.

• You are welcome all day from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM, including lunch and a snack and drink afterwards.

Of course, you are also welcome to join us for part of the day.

• 10:30 am-1:30 pm including lunch, or,
• 2:00-5:00 pm including a snack and drink afterwards.
